Cover letter Writing Guide 

Here is a step-by-step guide to writing a cover letter in Ukraine:

 

1. Start with your contact information. Include your full name, address, phone number, and email address at the top of the page.

2. Skip a line and then write the date. Write out the date in full (for example, "3rd of March 2020").

3. Skip another line and then write the recipient's contact information. Include the full name, title, company name, and address of the person you are sending the cover letter to. If you do not have this information, you can look it up on the company's website or give them a call to ask for it.

 

4. Skip yet another line and then begin your cover letter with a salutation. If you know the name of the person you are writing to, you can use "Dear Mr./Ms./Dr. [last name]." If you do not know the name of the person you are writing to, you can use "Dear hiring manager."                         

5.. After the salutation, skip a line and then begin your first paragraph with an opening sentence that grabs the reader's attention. For example, you could start with a brief overview of your qualifications or an interesting anecdote about yourself. 

Next,.write 1-2 paragraphs explaining why you are qualified for thte job. Be sure to include specific examples from your past experiences or skills that match the job requirements.. Finally,.conclude with 1-2 sentences restating your interest in the position and indicating that you would like the opportunity to discuss your qualifications in more detail.

6. End with a polite closing sentence. For example,"I look forward to speaking to you soon." or"Thank you for your consideration."
