4. What interested you in our company? 

Employers want to know why they were the choice of many job seekers, especially when there are many companies that offer the same job position. They want to know what kind of advantages that candidates have found in this offered job position.

A sample answer: there are many features interested in this company. The location is near my place. In addition, I made many research online about this company. I found an interesting workplace and sphere with many advantages that I cannot refuse.

5. where do you see yourself in the upcoming 5 years:

This question is to see the candidate’s future goals and ambitions.  Your answer depends not only on your imagination but also on your future plans. Employers want to know what other career paths can you take in the future.

A sample answer:I have many future plans for the future. I guess that in the upcoming 5 years, I would have learned many skills and knowledge in this field. This would enable me to reach an advisor office in a HR department. It would open other doors for me to reach many professional opportunities. Once accepted in this job, I think I would have advanced in my career inside this company.
